Did you know that female leaders who act in ways associated with male leaders – assertive, authoritative, directive – are seen more negatively than males? Unfortunately, this is the case in today’s society. But, The Women’s March, the Me Too Movement, and so much more has empowered women to stand up for what they believe in, take action, and claim their voice in today’s world.

In this episode of Hilary Topper On Air, Hilary interviews Rhonda Moret, Founder of Elevate For Her.

Rhonda's Background

Rhonda has more than 20 years of experience working in a strategic marketing and business development capacity for some of the world’s most recognized brands including Universal Studios, Subway Restaurants, Nike Golf, the PGA of America, and the PGA TOUR. She has also worked with several high-profile individuals including PGA great Tiger Woods, tennis legend Billie Jean King, NFL Hall of Famer Kurt Warner, MLB Hall of Famer Randy Johnson, New York Times bestselling author Robert Kiyosaki, and yes, even Donald Trump (President of the United States).

Her work has garnered her media attention and she has been interviewed by Forbes, The Washington Post, Adobe’s CMO.com, The Business Journal, USA Today, and several other publications and other media outlets.
