About David Saponara
David is a senior associate whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring.

Before joining Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP, David was an associate at a boutique bankruptcy firm, where his practice focused on bankruptcy litigation and representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
