The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted businesses across the nation, but our country’s small businesses are possibly suffering the most. According to the WSJ, thousands of small firms have been driven out of business and 1 in 5 businesses that were open in January have stopped transacting entirely. In a recent survey of 6,325 small-business owners, 42% of respondents said they were at risk of going out of business in the fourth quarter. These statistics are staggering, and small businesses nationwide are trying to figure out how they can survive COVID-19.

About the Interview

In this episode of Hilary Topper on Air, Hilary interviews Tom Moebus and Stefan Doering, Advisor and CEO, respectively, of Shift Group, an online education company helping entrepreneurs worldwide, start and grow their businesses, sustainably. Tom and Stefan will discuss why they created the Pandemic Shift Workshop, who should attend, what registrants can expect. About the Pandemic Shift Workshop

Pandemic Shift Workshop was created to help small businesses survive, strive, and thrive.  It’s built on a platform of small group solution finding, where each participant is part of a mutual solution team during the four 90-minutes sessions of the Workshop.  Participants work with a simple tool, called the Shift Gearbox, to explore different ways they can change their business to respond to the new realities and limits of the marketplace.  For more information about Tom, Stefan or to register for the Pandemic Shift Workshop visit
