Ash's Background
Ash Anand is the President and CEO of the Lotus Group of Companies, based in Warrensburg, NY. He was born in Bihar, India, and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Studies (1993-96) and is a Six Sigma - Black Belt, Quality Control, from Alliance University (2007-2009). After having worked for nearly 13 years at several high-profile companies he pursued his true entrepreneurial dream and established Lotus Analytics in 2009, the flagship company of what would become Lotus Group of Companies, USA.

Jeremy's Background
Jeremy is Lotus Analytics' Vice President, Sales and Operations and is the in-house all-round enthusiast. He has more than a decade of experience working with CEOs, senior managers and industry experts to enhance sales performance and expand distribution into new markets. Prior to joining Lotus Analytics, he worked for a wireless company where he enhanced operational effectiveness, established a formal talent management program to serve more than 150 employees, executed a strategic expansion plan which tripled the company’s size, and created deep relationships with professionals within and outside of the business.
Jeremy has been featured in a variety of publications. He has shared how tactical decision making supported by data analytics is a proven method to grow a business’ bottom line. Jeremy has delivered speeches to small business leaders and entrepreneurs covering a variety of topics, from human resource management to operational effectiveness.
